Position: CRM Executive
Location: Mowa, Raipur (C.G.)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer records, handle inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience with CRM software, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with leads, existing customers, and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and service requests.
- Assist in customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Hands-on experience with CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification or experience in CRM or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, or Client Coordination.
Salary
- ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
