Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced or fresherTeaching Faculty to train students in our Office Administration course. The candidate should be capable of delivering practical and industry-oriented training that prepares students for administrative and office support roles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for Office Administration students.
- Teach office management, business communication, customer service, and administrative procedures.
- Train students in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email management, and office documentation.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance for skill development.
- Support students in interview preparation and workplace readiness.
- Maintain attendance records and training reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Knowledge of digital office tools and modern workplace practices.
- Training or teaching certification is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
