Experience: Minimum 12 months of International BPO Voice experience
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 In-Hand
Process: International Travel Voice Process
Shifts: Rotational Shifts
Transport: Both-Side Cab / Travel Allowance
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of International Voice experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer handling skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries related to travel
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and service-related concerns
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain high customer service and communication standards
