Front Office Executive : He serves as the primary face of the hotel or resort, managing guest check-ins, resolving inquiries, and ensuring smooth administrative coordination across departments. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Welcome guests with professionalism, handle seamless check-in and check-out procedures, and issue room keys.
- Reservations & Inquiries: Manage room bookings, verify availability, and answer telephone or email queries regarding property facilities.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Communicate closely with housekeeping for room status updates and maintenance for urgent repairs.
- Billing & Cash Handling: Process accurate guest folios, handle payments, and manage shift financial reconciliations.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues promptly, escalating complex grievances to the front office manager when needed.
- Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality/Tourism.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in standard Property Management Systems (PMS) and basic office software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Grooming & Etiquette: High standard of professional personal presentation and corporate etiquette.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
