- Oversee daily installation activities at client sites.
- Guide carpenters, fitters, and helpers to meet project deadlines.
- Inspect work for precision, finishing, and compliance with design.
- Serve as the point of contact for client queries and updates.
- Ensure timely availability of panels, hardware, and fittings.
- Enforce safe practices and proper tool usage.
- Address on‑site challenges and provide effective solutions.
Skills & Competencies
- High secondary, Graduate.
- 1-4 years of experience in modular kitchen installation supervision.
- Prior exposure to service and maintenance of modular furniture preferred.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchen assembly and installation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
- Proficiency in carpentry tools, hardware fittings, and installation equipment.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Attention to detail with focus on finishing and aesthetics.
- Effective communication and client‑handling abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
