Your Role
As a Packaging & Fulfilment Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring every GUDITVA product reaches our customers with the highest standards of quality, care and presentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Packaging products with precision while maintaining hygiene and quality standards
- Labelling, inspecting and preparing products for dispatch
- Performing quality checks before shipment
- Managing inventory and organizing stock efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the packaging and warehouse area
- Supporting day-to-day warehouse, fulfilment and operational activities
- Assisting in timely order processing and dispatch
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth workflow
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass (higher qualification is welcome)
- Experience in packaging, warehouse or operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Honest, disciplined and responsible
- Physically fit for routine operational work
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow quality standards
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, efficiency and product quality
