We are looking for a responsible and technically sound person to independently manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of our solar power plant. The role will include labour management, panel washing, plant maintenance, generation monitoring, housekeeping and overall site supervision. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with technicians/vendors and handling plant-related issues. Additionally, he will manage the monthly JMR documentation and its submission at the Vidisha Office. Prior experience in solar plant operations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
