Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads & Google Ads)

We are looking for a highly talented, data-driven, and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing eCommerce team in Trivandrum. This is an in-house role requiring you to work from our office and take full ownership of paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Drive profitable customer acquisition and revenue growth for eCommerce brands.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Customer Acquisition Cost.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad performance.
- Manage budgets efficiently and maximize return on ad spend.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of generating profitable results for eCommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, GTM, and attribution.
- Experience managing significant ad budgets and scaling campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly accountable.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify and eCommerce analytics tools.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Experience working with multiple brands or agency environments.
