Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant with a strong SAP FICO background to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, and digital transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP FICO while collaborating across multiple SAP modules to deliver scalable business solutions. This role requires excellent client-facing skills, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
- Act as a Functional Lead across SAP implementation engagements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Drive solution design, architecture discussions, and system configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.
- Support SAP S/4HANA upgrades and transformation initiatives.
- Participate in pre-sales, solutioning, effort estimation, and client discussions.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.
- Ensure successful testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills
- 7–10 years of SAP consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO.
- Hands-on experience in:
- FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting)
- CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA, Product Costing)
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Cross-module integration experience with SAP MM, SD, and PP.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Experience leading teams or owning SAP modules/projects.
Preferred Skills
- SAP Public Cloud / S/4HANA Cloud exposure.
- Knowledge of SAP migration strategies and system architecture.
- Experience in solution design and pre-sales activities.
