Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Elementary School Teacher at Springfield School, headquartered in Jaipur. The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, guiding students in their academic development, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with staff and parents, and participating in school activities and events.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education
- Strong skills in Teaching and lesson planning
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact with students, parents, and staff
- A degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed. preferred)
- Prior experience in teaching or classroom instruction is advantageous
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a dedication to fostering student growth and learning
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
