We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Chief Production Coordinator to oversee production coordination activities and support various operational functions, including marketing, design, and procurement. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills to ensure smooth execution of projects and production processes.

Location: Thirumudivakkam, Chennai, TamilNadu
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 2 – 3 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day production activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with the design team for product development, modifications, and technical documentation.
- Support marketing activities by coordinating with clients and assisting in project-related communications.
- Handle procurement activities, including vendor coordination, material sourcing, and purchase follow-ups.
- Track production schedules and ensure availability of materials and resources.
- Maintain production reports, inventory records, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of production coordination and manufacturing processes.
- Basic understanding of design concepts and engineering drawings.
- Experience in procurement and vendor management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
