We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Architect to join our team in Bodh Gaya. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural design knowledge, site coordination experience, and the ability to manage projects from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural design and planning for residential and other building projects.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Develop design concepts in line with project requirements, company standards, and applicable building regulations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other engineering teams to ensure design integration.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with approved designs.
- Coordinate regularly with site teams and provide architectural solutions to execution-related issues.
- Conduct site visits and monitor work progress from an architectural perspective.
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and architectural details as required.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion of drawings, revisions, and design deliverables.
- Identify design and execution issues and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project records.
- Support senior management in planning, design decisions, and project development.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.Arch / equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in architecture, preferably in residential or real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, design, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, leadership, and team-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
