Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) to support the General Manager in driving overall business performance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing cross-functional teams, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This role requires a strong leader who can act as a bridge between senior management and departmental teams while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across departments including Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance
Execute business strategies and ensure effective implementation across teams
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and achieve targets
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization
Lead, mentor, and manage departmental teams to ensure high performance and accountability
Coordinate with senior leadership and provide regular reports on business performance
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
Support in identifying new business opportunities and executing growth strategies
Act as a decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager
Handle critical situations and support in crisis management when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
4–10 years of experience in business operations, team management, or leadership roles
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
Proven ability to improve processes and drive business growth
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
