Position: Senior Fashion Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their style, occasion, and fit requirements.
- Provide personalized styling and outfit recommendations.
- Build strong product knowledge (fabrics, fits, collections, and trends).
- Achieve individual sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising and attractive product displays.
- Assist with billing, exchanges, returns, and daily store operations.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and tagging.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
