Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Management: Appointing, training, and managing the lifecycle of distributors (inventory, margins, and claims).
- Team Leadership: Leading, coaching, and setting beat routes for frontline sales representatives
- Market Expansion: Identifying unrepresented areas and expanding the brand’s footprint across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and HoReCa.
- Sales Targets: Driving both primary sales (billing to distributors) and secondary sales (off-take from retailers).
- Trade Marketing: Implementing consumer promotions, visibility drives, and competitor
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
