KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise day-to-day metalworking and fabrication operations
- Ensure quality control and adherence to technical specifications
- Guide and manage shop floor workers and technicians
- Coordinate material requirements and liaise with vendors
- Identify process improvements and maintain safety standards
- Maintain production records and report to management

REQUIREMENTS
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (from any recognized institution)
- Knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, CNC, or machining is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Must be available on-site in Mohali (flexible hours – mornings, evenings, or weekends negotiable)
