About the Role
Brigade Hospitality is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for Signature Club Resort. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the Bengaluru hospitality market and have proven experience in resort, corporate, and B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Generate business through corporate accounts, B2B partnerships, travel agents, event planners, and MICE segments.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Promote resort facilities, including rooms, banquets, conferences, weddings, and F&B outlets.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Operations and F&B teams to ensure seamless execution of guest requirements.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in hospitality sales, preferably with resorts, hotels, or premium hospitality brands.
- Strong understanding of the Bengaluru hospitality market and an established corporate network.
- Proven experience in Resort Sales, Corporate Sales, and B2B Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Pleasing personality with a professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and nearby markets for business development.
Preferred Industry
- Hospitality industry only (Hotels, Resorts, Clubs, Luxury Hospitality).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
