They execute data-backed strategies across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, collaborating closely with creative teams to test ad formats, refine audience targeting, and scale profitable acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across channels (e.g., Google SEM/Display, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing on creatives and landing pages, and adjust bidding strategies to maximize conversions.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Manage marketing budgets to expected ROI, and track primary KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to generate insightful reports for leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design and content teams to develop engaging ad assets that drive engagement and action.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, ideally with a proven track record of managing substantial ad spend in agencies or high-growth startups.
- Analytical Skills: High proficiency in navigating analytics suites like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Certifications: Certifications such as Google Ads Search Certification or Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate are strongly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
