Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment. Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective corrective actions. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents. Supervise and guide junior technicians and trainees. Carry out cable laying, termination, testing, and commissioning activities. Inspect electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Monitor the performance of electrical equipment and recommend improvements. Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other departments during project execution. Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports. Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and industry standards. Follow and enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations. Assist in planning maintenance schedules and resource requirements. Respond to emergency breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime. Requirements Diploma, ITI, or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, installation, or project execution. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, motors, and control circuits. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills. Knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures. Ability to lead and supervise a team of technicians. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
