To drive institutional sales of Syona Fans by identifying and developing relationships with key decision-makers such as builders, real estate developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and large institutions, ensuring business growth and consistent revenue generation.

Drive sales of Syona Fans through institutional channels (real estate projects, schools, hospitals, corporate offices, etc.).

Generate and convert B2B leads from realtors, interior designers, and architects.

Identify, engage and convert bulk buyers in targeted industry verticals.

Develop strong relationships with key accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Ensure repeat orders and long-term business through excellent service and product support.

Regularly update clients with new products, offers, and business developments.

Conduct regular meetings with realtors, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.

Visit construction sites and ongoing projects to promote product specifications and close deals.

Give professional presentations and product demos to target clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct on-ground promotional activities, exhibitions, and architect meets.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and sales funnel reports to the management.

Track competitor activity, pricing, and new market trends.

Provide timely feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs, competitors, and market conditions.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

2-5 years of experience in institutional/B2B sales (preferably in electricals, fans, appliances, or building materials).

Experience in dealing with architects, consultants, and project heads is highly desirable.
