- Achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned region.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors, dealers, and key customers.
- Monitor sales performance of Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Sales Executives.
- Ensure effective market coverage and route productivity across the region.
- Develop new markets, customers, and business opportunities.
- Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure product availability in the market.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and take corrective actions where required.
- Control outstanding collections and ensure adherence to company credit policies.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to strengthen business relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Ensure proper execution of trade schemes, promotions, and product launches.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate sales team members.
- Resolve distributor, retailer, and customer grievances in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Logistics, Accounts, and HR Departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor sales returns, damaged goods, and credit note settlements.
- Ensure timely order collection, billing, and delivery of products.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales forecasts, business plans, and management reports.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and performance standards within the sales team.
- Ensure achievement of regional sales growth, market share, and profitability targets.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management for the growth and development of the business.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
