Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) – Real Estate
Experience: 1–3 Years | Location: Mira Road | Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers/visitors at the project site.
- Handle customer queries and provide project information.
- Coordinate site visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain visitor and lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales and pre-sales teams.
- Follow up with customers and collect feedback.
- Support site events, meetings, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Customer-focused and well-organized.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
