- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers/Business Development Executives.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving team sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Ensure excellent client acquisition and relationship management.
- Conduct daily team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
