Role Description The Academic Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the academic programs and ensuring alignment with CBSE standards. The role involves coordinating curriculum planning, supporting teachers in lesson design, and monitoring the implementation of academic policies and assessments. The Academic Coordinator will review student performance data, guide academic interventions, and collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching methodologies and classroom outcomes. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling academic activities, organizing training sessions for staff, communicating with parents and guardians about academic progress, and maintaining documentation required for academic compliance. The position requires close collaboration with school leadership to continuously improve academic quality and student achievement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Education and Curriculum Development, with experience in CBSE or similar school systems.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with students, teachers, and parents.
- Candidates should possess Academic Advising skills to support student progress, course planning, and academic interventions.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to analyze academic data, evaluate teaching practices, and recommend improvements.
