Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, supervising staff, and maintaining accurate records using MS Excel and other retail management tools. The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and data reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain stock of cement, steel, bricks, electrical & plumbing materials
- Monitor material inward & outward entries
- Maintain stock register (Excel / ERP / Manual)
- Check quality and quantity of materials received
- Coordinate with suppliers and site engineers
- Prevent material loss and damage
- Prepare daily/weekly stock reports
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of building materials
- Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Stock Sheet)
- Inventory management skills
- Communication & coordination skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Problem-solving ability
Education & Experience
- Graduate preferred (12th pass may be considered with experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management (may vary by industry).
Working Conditions
- Full-time role with flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Standing for long periods and handling store operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
