- Manage daily Gym and Pilates operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and member services.
- Develop and implement SOPs to maintain operational excellence.
- Lead Club Managers, Trainers, Pilates Instructors, and Front Desk teams.
- Drive member satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
- Monitor memberships, PT sales, Pilates packages, and ancillary revenue.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and profitability targets.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards.
