Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Graduate Trainee Engineers (GTEs) to join our engineering team. The selected candidates will undergo structured training in project execution, operations, maintenance, quality control, and technical documentation. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical and professional skills while working on real-time engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Support project engineers in daily operational activities.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, circuit diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Participate in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Conduct inspections and prepare technical reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
- Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Participate in training programs and technical skill development activities.
- Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Technical Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, transformers, and control panels.
- Understanding of mechanical equipment and maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and engineering drawings is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of industrial safety standards.
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation will be an added advantage.
