Position Summary
The Wellness Host is responsible for delivering a seamless, warm, and highly personalized guest
experience throughout the wellness sanctuary. Acting as the primary point of contact during a
guest's visit, the Wellness Host ensures every aspect of the guest's wellness journey, from arrival
to departure, is coordinated efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality,
discretion, and service excellence.
The role involves understanding each guest's individual preferences, wellness goals, and
requirements, guiding them through their programme, and ensuring every touchpoint is thoughtfully
managed to create a memorable and transformative experience.
Each Wellness Host will typically manage the experience of up to three guests simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience Management – Welcome and escort guests, anticipate needs, build rapport,
and serve as a dedicated host throughout the wellness experience.
- Guest Journey Management & Personalization – Act as the dedicated touchpoint, understand
guest preferences and wellness goals, map and monitor the guest journey, recommend
improvements, and ensure all changes are implemented effectively.
- Schedule & Appointment Coordination – Coordinate appointments, manage itineraries, and
ensure seamless execution of daily programmes.
- Hospitality & Guest Services – Coordinate meals, manage dietary requirements, and provide
personalized support at every touchpoint.
- Communication & Guest Touchpoint Management – Serve as the primary point of contact,
maintain guest records, and liaise with all departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Facility & Equipment Operations – Maintain working knowledge of wellness facilities, equipment,
and operational machinery and ensure readiness of all guest spaces.
- Service Excellence & Standards – Uphold luxury hospitality standards, confidentiality,
professionalism, and guest-centric service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, aviation, healthcare, luxury retail, guest
relations, recreation, concierge services, or customer experience.
- Prior experience in luxury hotels, resorts, wellness retreats, premium clubs, hospitals, or high-end
service environments is preferred.
