We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer – Manual Testing with experience in testing AI/ML-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual software testing, API validation, and web/mobile application testing, along with an understanding of AI/ML workflows, LLM-based applications, chatbots, and data-driven systems. You will work closely with developers, AI engineers, and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Test AI/ML applications, including chatbot workflows, LLM-based features, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation systems.
- Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and edge-case handling.
- Test REST APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and validate implementations.
- Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive testing for web and mobile applications.
- Verify application performance from a functional perspective and ensure seamless user experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
