Job Description:
We are hiring a Civil Engineer with 3 to 10 years of experience in high-rise commercial building projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, billing, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, quality checks, contractor coordination, material management, drawing review, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning and coordination
- BOQ preparation and quantity estimation
- Billing and project documentation
- Material planning and cost control
- Quality checking as per project standards
- Coordination with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Review of technical drawings and reports
Required Skills:
- High-rise commercial building experience
- AutoCAD knowledge
- BOQ, billing, and estimation knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹10,780.64 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Experience:
