Key Responsibilities-:
1. Shift Management: Plan, organize, and assign daily tasks to meet production targets.
2. Quality Control: Monitor products and equipment to ensure high-quality standards.
3. Safety Enforcement: Enforce health and safety rules on the floor.
4. Staff Training: Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members.
5. Problem Solving: Fix machinery or workflow delays quickly.
6. Reporting: Track metrics and report shift progress to senior managers
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
