Job Description – Client Experience Manager - Premium Interiors

Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving sales and client engagement for the company’s premium segment, focusing on high-value, design-led interior projects. The position requires a refined, client-centric professional who can engage with discerning clients, understand their lifestyle needs and translate them into meaningful project opportunities.
The role centers on building strong client relationships and driving conversion of high-value projects through quality engagement
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Conversion
● Engage directly with premium clients to understand their requirements, preferences and expectations
● Lead end-to-end client interactions from initial consultation to project closure
● Build trust and confidence through a highly professional and personalized approach
● Drive conversion of high-value enquiries into confirmed projects.
Sales Ownership (Premium Segment)
● Own the sales pipeline for high-value projects.
● Ensure a structured yet personalized sales journey for each client
● Work closely with design and estimation teams to shape proposals aligned with client expectations
● Support pricing discussions and negotiations while maintaining value positioning
Relationship Management
● Build and nurture strong relationships with a select set of clients
● Ensure a seamless and elevated client experience throughout the pre-sales journey
● Generate referrals and repeat business through high satisfaction levels
Cross-Functional Coordination
● Collaborate closely with design and operations teams to align client expectations with execution feasibility.
● Ensure clear communication of client requirements to internal teams
● Support smooth handover of projects post-closure
Brand Representation (Premium Segment)
● Represent the brand in a refined and professional manner across all client interactions
● Uphold high standards of communication, presentation and overall client experience
● Contribute to positioning the brand as a premium, design-led offering in the market
Key Requirements
● Strong experience in client-facing sales, preferably in interiors, luxury retail, real estate or other high-value service sectors
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage premium clientele
● Strong team leadership and people management capabilities
● High level of professionalism, with strong presentation and attention to detail
● Ability to understand design sensibilities and translate client requirements effectively
Self-driven, with the capability to independently manage niche sales pipeline
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
