Overview: Qualaxis Private Limited is looking for an experienced and target-driven International Outbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have strong experience handling outbound sales campaigns for the Australian market, preferably within the insurance domain. We are seeking professionals who are confident communicators, skilled negotiators, and capable of consistently achieving sales targets in a fast-paced international sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound sales calls for the Australian market
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers
- Promote and sell insurance-related products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow sales scripts, compliance standards, and quality processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in International Outbound Sales
- Prior experience working with the Australian market is mandatory
- Experience in the Insurance domain is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Comfortable working in early morning shifts (6 AM – 2 PM)
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Strong listening, persuasion, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Professional attitude with strong work ethics
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
- ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
