About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Digital Marketing to take ownership of client relationships and ensure the successful execution and delivery of digital marketing projects.
This is not just a coordination role. You will act as the bridge between our clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring that client objectives are clearly understood, projects stay on track, and opportunities for stronger relationships and account growth are identified.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in a digital marketing agency, managing international clients, and coordinating cross-functional teams across SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media, Design, and Web Development. A strong understanding of SEO is essential.
Location: Noida (Sector 62) – Work From Office
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Take complete ownership of client communication, requirements, expectations, and overall account health.
- Conduct regular client meetings, understand business objectives, discuss performance, and provide strategic updates.
- Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and manage escalations effectively.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, account expansion, and upselling in coordination with the relevant teams.
Project & Delivery Management
- Manage digital marketing projects from onboarding through execution and ongoing delivery.
- Translate client requirements and business objectives into clear action plans for internal teams.
- Coordinate with SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media, Design, and Development teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and priorities across multiple client accounts.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Identify potential delivery risks and bottlenecks and take proactive action to resolve them.
Performance & Client Success
- Review campaign and project performance and ensure meaningful insights are communicated to clients.
- Work with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend suitable strategies or solutions.
- Track client satisfaction, retention, project performance, and overall account health.
- Support the development and execution of strategies that contribute to client retention and long-term success.
Reporting & Internal Coordination
- Maintain accurate project plans, communication records, meeting notes, and client requirements.
- Ensure clear communication and accountability across internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular performance and project updates to clients and management.
- Drive follow-ups and ensure action items are completed within agreed timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within a Digital Marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, with mandatory exposure to SEO.
- Experience managing and communicating directly with Domestic and international clients, particularly US and UK markets.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Outreach, and Website Development.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client concerns and project challenges professionally.
- Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams without losing sight of deadlines and client expectations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Experience managing a portfolio of multiple international client accounts.
- Experience with client retention, account growth, or upselling.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
