Job Title: Call Center Manager
Job Summary:
The Call Center Manager is responsible for leading and managing the call center operations to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing a team of call center agents, monitoring performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
1.Lead, coach, and mentor call center agents to ensure high performance and productivity.
2.Set performance goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback to team members.
3.Able to do the market analysis Identifying the potential calls for maximum conversion
4.Handle the patient calls and ensure the maximum OP conversions.
5.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Operations Management:
Develop and implement call center policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operations.
Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics such as call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction scores.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Training and Development:
Develop and deliver training programs for call center agents to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to promote continuous learning and development.
Provide coaching and support to help agents achieve their performance targets and career goals.
Technology and Tools:
Evaluate and recommend call center technology, software, and tools to enhance productivity and performance.
Ensure that call center systems and equipment are properly maintained and optimized for efficient operations.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in call center technology to drive innovation and improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports and performance analytics to track key metrics and KPIs.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in call center management, with a track record of achieving operational targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and implement effective strategies.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in call center operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
