ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities
1. Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records
2. Process daily accounting entries in tally for receipts, payments and adjustments
3. Handle GST compliance activates, including vender payment tracking, GSTR-2B reconciliation and vender follow-ups for missing invoices.
4. Monitor customer collections and provide regular collection updates to the marketing team.
5. Coordinate with banks and internal teams to identity and clear suspense receipts with proper documentation.
6. Prepare and share financial reports, including customer statements, ageing reports and department information as required.
7. perform customer and vender accounts reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
8. Maintain Financial Records and documentation, including filing, scanning invoices/GRNs, and attaching supports documents in Tally.
9. Track advance, pending bills, third-party declarations and customer registrations, ensuring timely follow-up and compliance.
10. Support management and departments by providing data, versifying incentive calculations processing travel bills, and assisting with data entry and software coordination.
Qualifications and Competencies
Qualifications and Competencies
· B.Com Graduate.
· Tally with Inventory , General Accounting Knowledge, Ms Excel, Ms word
· 2-3 years Manufacturing experience inventory and plant accounting operations
· Should be logical, systematic and detail oriented, ability follow-up skills,
· Clear communication, Good at coo-ordination.
· English language skills,
· Ability to work as a team
