Job Title: English Language Trainer
Location: D E V Vidyalaya, Sikar, Rajasthan
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic English Language Trainer to help learners improve their spoken and written English. The candidate will be responsible for delivering interactive training sessions, enhancing communication skills, and building confidence among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct English speaking and communication training sessions
- Design lesson plans focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency
- Assess learners’ current language levels and track their progress
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students
- Organize group discussions, role plays, and practical activities
- Prepare training materials, worksheets, and assignments
- Encourage a positive and engaging learning environment
- Support students in improving confidence in real-life communication
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in English or related field
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Certification in English training (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in teaching/training preferred
