Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Chief Operations Officer (COO) – Nutraceuticals to lead and scale our end-to-end operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall operations for the nutraceuticals division, including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and quality
- Set up and optimize processes for efficient, scalable, and cost-effective operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, etc.)
- Oversee production planning, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to align operations with business goals
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Establish and monitor KPIs for operational performance and efficiency
- Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional operational teams
- Manage third-party manufacturers and contract partners, if applicable
- Ensure timely product delivery while maintaining high quality standards
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Food Technology, Pharmaceuticals, or related field
- 7–8 years of experience in operations within nutraceuticals, FMCG, or pharma industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience in setting up or scaling operations
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory and quality standards for nutraceutical products
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
