Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure and IT operations.
- Manage IT helpdesk and provide end-user support for hardware, software, networking, Office 365, email, VPN, and business applications.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Group Policies.
- Manage network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure endpoint security, antivirus management, backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Handle user onboarding, offboarding, access management, and IT asset allocation.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, procurement, vendor management, AMC renewals, and software licensing.
- Lead the IT support team, monitor performance, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prepare MIS reports, IT dashboards, IT budgets, SOPs, and documentation.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications: ITIL, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator, CCNA, Fortinet NSE.
