Assist in developing and executing strategic outreach plans to create impact of AHCT’s mission, programs, and initiatives. Collaborate with the Outreach Sr. Manager to focus on respective regions (Trichy, Madurai, Viralimalai,Salem, Dindugal and Hosur), stakeholders for engagement activities. Coordinate outreach events, workshops, TTT and campaigns, including networking with volunteers and effective communication with the team.

Develop and maintain relationships with local community leaders, organizations, Institutions and relevant stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support for Puthri & MITR activities. Support the monitoring and evaluation of outreach activities, collecting feedback and data to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and preparing reports as needed.

Conduct regular review and huddle meeting with the team to appraise the accomplishments, identify challenges faced in the projects and provide appropriate solutions.
