Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Hardware & Application Support professional with 7–10 years of hands-on experience in managing end-user computing, enterprise applications, infrastructure coordination, and IT service delivery. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, stakeholder management, and experience supporting business-critical systems, such as SAP S4 HANA, HRMS, and other Business applications.
Key Responsibilities :

IT Hardware & Infrastructure Support
-
Manage desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other end-user devices.
-
Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based systems and standard IT tools.
-
Manage hardware procurement, asset tracking, AMC coordination, and warranty management.
-
Coordinate with the India IT Infra team for network, server, and security-related issues.
-
Ensure minimal downtime and high system availability
-
Application Support
-
Provide L1 support for enterprise applications (ERP, HRMS, CRM, etc.).

Support business users in modules such as Finance, Sales, Procurement, Production, etc.
-
Log and track incidents via ITSM ticketing tools and ensure SLA adherence.

Coordinate with vendors for bug fixes, patches, and enhancements.

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and system upgrades.

IT Service Management
-
Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets.
-
Maintain documentation for IT processes and SOPs.

Support IT audits and compliance activities
4. Security & Compliance

Ensure endpoint security policies are implemented.

Coordinate antivirus, patch updates, and access controls.

Support IT security initiatives and awareness programs.
5. Team & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with hardware vendors and application partners.

Provide periodic MIS reports to IT leadership.
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong troubleshooting skills (Hardware, OS, Applications)

Good understanding of networking basics (LAN, WAN, VPN)

Experience with ERP systems (SAP S4 HANA preferred)

Knowledge of ITIL processes
