Role Objective
To manage Swastik's digital rights, music operations and platform execution across YouTube, Meta and other digital platforms, ensuring accurate rights administration, timely content delivery, revenue protection and operational excellence. The role will also support migration to the new Digital Platform Partner and CMS while maintaining seamless catalogue operations.
1. Digital Rights Management
- Manage YouTube, Meta and platform rights.
- Resolve claims, disputes, ownership conflicts and Content ID issues.
- Coordinate with labels, publishers, societies and partners.

- Claims resolved within SLA
- Reduced conflicts
- Minimal revenue leakage
2. Music Operations & Asset Management
- Create and maintain Music Assets and metadata.
- Manage audio/music video assets and YouTube Music mapping.
- Maintain catalogue hygiene.

- Zero metadata errors
3. Audio & Music Video Distribution
- Coordinate releases and publishing.
- Work with Music, Production and Content teams.

4. Live Streaming
- Support YouTube Live setup, rights and monetisation.

- Manage Meta Rights Manager, claims and conflicts.

- Support CMS migration, onboarding, validation and operational readiness.
- Coordinate migration of assets, policies and rights.
