Position: Resale Property Consultant – Real Estate
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
Are you an experienced real estate professional with strong knowledge of the Dwarka property market? We’re looking for a motivated Resale Property Consultant who is ready to work actively in the field and close property deals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of Dwarka & its property markets
- Good understanding of residential resale properties
- Must have own 2-wheeler
- Comfortable with field work & on-site property visits
- Ready to meet clients and visit properties regularly
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and confident in closing deals
- Existing network of property owners/buyers will be an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle residential resale property sales
- Source and manage buyer & seller requirements
- Coordinate property visits and client meetings
- Generate and follow up with potential clients
- Negotiate with buyers and sellers
- Drive deals from requirement to closure
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients
- Stay updated with Dwarka market inventory, pricing & trends
