We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Stewards to deliver exceptional dining experiences and maintain the highest hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Welcome and assist guests professionally
✅ Take food and beverage orders accurately
✅ Serve food and beverages as per service standards
✅ Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
✅ Set up and maintain restaurant and banquet areas
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
Required Skills
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Customer service-oriented attitude
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Team player with positive attitude
✔ Knowledge of restaurant service procedures
✔ Well-groomed and professional appearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Banquets, or Cafés
Basic POS Billing System Knowledge
IDS Software Knowledge Preferred
