Draftidam is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate and manage multiple creative, marketing, branding, digital, and e-commerce projects from planning to execution.
This role is open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience. We are looking for someone who is organised, responsible, proactive, good at communication, and capable of coordinating with different teams to ensure projects move forward smoothly and are completed on time.
The ideal candidate does not necessarily need extensive project management experience — strong organisational skills, ownership, willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate and follow up effectively are more important.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate projects, tasks, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with design, content, marketing, sales, and other teams.
- Assign and follow up on tasks.
- Track project progress and pending deliverables.
- Communicate requirements clearly between teams and clients.
- Coordinate feedback, revisions, and approvals.
- Identify delays or issues and help resolve them.
- Maintain project trackers, schedules, and documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed properly and within deadlines.
- Participate in meetings and provide regular project updates.
