The Sr. Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administrative, regulatory, and operational activities of the institution in compliance with the norms and guidelines of affiliated and accrediting bodies such as JNTUH, NBA, NAAC, AICTE, and FFC.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor day-to-day administrative operations of the college.
Ensure compliance with JNTUH, AICTE, NBA, NAAC, and FFC regulations, guidelines, and documentation requirements.
Maintain institutional records, statutory registers, affiliation files, approvals, and compliance reports.
Coordinate preparation and submission of data related to NBA, NAAC accreditation, FFC inspections, and JNTUH affiliation processes.
Assist management in policy implementation, institutional planning, and administrative decision-making.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth functioning of various departments and support services.
Coordinate with academic departments for faculty data, student records, timetables, attendance, and examination-related documentation.
Organize and facilitate meetings, inspections, audits, and visits by statutory and accreditation bodies.
Prepare official correspondence, circulars, notices, reports, and institutional documentation.
Monitor maintenance of campus infrastructure, laboratories, classrooms, and administrative facilities.
Ensure proper implementation of institutional policies, discipline, and administrative procedures.
Coordinate recruitment documentation, employee records, joining formalities, and service registers.
Maintain liaison with government departments, university authorities, and regulatory agencies.
Support IQAC activities and institutional quality assurance initiatives.
Handle procurement coordination, inventory maintenance, and administrative budgeting support.
Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of institutional documents and records.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management/Principal from time to time.
Preferred candidate profile
Masters Degree in Administration, Management, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 - 10 years of administrative experience in an Engineering College/Academic Institution.
Good knowledge of JNTUH, AICTE, NBA, NAAC, and FFC norms, documentation, and compliance procedures.
Experience in handling accreditation processes, affiliation documentation, and statutory inspections.
Strong administrative, coordination, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and drafting skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and institutional documentation management.
Ability to coordinate with departments, faculty, university officials, and regulatory bodies effectively.
Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential institutional matters professionally.
Candidates with prior experience in NAAC/NBA documentation and academic administration will be preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
