De Arte Interiors is a Trivandrum-based interior design studio creating elegant, functional spaces for homes and businesses. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to grow our online presence and showcase our design work.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest (reels, carousels, before/after project shoots)
- Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with ongoing projects and brand campaigns
- Write engaging captions and manage day-to-day community engagement (comments, DMs, inquiries)
- Coordinate with the design team and photographer/videographer for on-site content shoots
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, lead generation) and report monthly insights
- Stay updated on interior design and social media trends to keep content fresh
- Assist with running/optimizing paid social campaigns (basic Meta Ads knowledge a plus)
- Manage influencer/collab outreach where relevant
Requirements
- min one year of hands-on experience managing social media accounts (agency, brand, or freelance)
- Strong grasp of Instagram/Facebook content formats and current trends
- Good written communication and a creative eye for visuals
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Reels editing, etc.)
- Ability to work on-site occasionally for project shoots in Trivandrum
- Interest in interior design/home decor is a strong plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later)
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Photography and videography skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
