Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to Director to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and time management skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Fresh MBA graduates and candidates with up to 4 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
· Draft professional emails, letters, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
· Follow up with department heads on action items, deadlines, and project status.
· Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
· Conduct internet research, collect business information, and prepare analytical reports as required.
· Maintain confidential files, documents, and executive records.
· Screen phone calls, visitors, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
· Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth business operations.
· Assist in organizing conferences, client meetings, and corporate events.
· Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion through regular follow-ups.
· Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by the Director.
· Handle administrative tasks and perform any other duties assigned by the Director.

Preferred Qualifications
· MBA from a recognized university.
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Management Trainee, Business Coordinator, Administrative Executive, or a similar role.
- Fresh MBA graduates with excellent communication and organizational skills may also apply.

Compensation
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on qualification, skills, and experience)
