Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented instructional designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, e-learning development tools, and creating learner-focused training content.
The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and multimedia teams to transform complex information into interactive, effective, and visually appealing learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze training requirements and identify appropriate learning strategies.
- Design engaging and interactive e-learning courses, modules, and learning journeys.
- Convert raw content, SME inputs, presentations, and documents into structured learning experiences.
- Create instructional design documents such as:
- Course outlines
- Storyboards
- Learning objectives
- Assessment strategies
- Interaction plans
- Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and adult learning principles.
- Develop scenario-based learning, simulations, assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks.
- Collaborate with SMEs to validate technical accuracy and learning effectiveness.
- Work with graphic designers, animators, and developers to create multimedia learning content.
- Review and improve existing courses based on learner feedback and performance data.
- Ensure courses meet accessibility and usability standards.
- Maintain consistency in learning design, branding, and course quality.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in designing digital learning / e-learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and learning theories.
- Hands-on experience creating:
- Storyboards
- Scripts
- Instructor-led training (ILT) conversion to e-learning
- Microlearning content
- Interactive learning modules
- Knowledge of e-learning standards such as SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms.
- Experience working with authoring tools such as:
- Articulate Storyline
- Articulate Rise
- Adobe Captivate (preferred)
- Basic understanding of multimedia principles, animations, and audio/video integration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate learning solutions.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Experience creating learning content for global audiences.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
