Outreach Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote the MS in AI Program.
- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, industry partners, and community organizations.
- Plan and execute the annual outreach calendar, including events, campus visits, presentations, information sessions, meet-ups, and webinars.
- Nurture leads through personalized communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create effective outreach materials.
- Coordinate with university leadership, faculty and administrative staff to align outreach efforts with the program's goals.
- Track and analyze outreach metrics such as inquiry volume, event attendance, lead-to-applicant conversion, and yield, using data to continuously refine strategy.
- Manage the regional outreach budget, including vendor selection, event logistics, and cost tracking, to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Represent Plaksha at education fairs, industry conferences, and partner events across South India to build brand visibility.
Applicant Support and Counselling:
- Engage with prospective candidates to discuss the unique offerings of the MS in AI Program.
- Act as a point of contact for prospective students, assisting them through the application and admission process.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to address candidate queries on curriculum, career outcomes, financing, and scholarships.
- Guide applicants through document submission, interview scheduling, and offer follow-up in coordination with the admissions team.
- Maintain regular, empathetic communication with applicants at each stage of the funnel to improve conversion and candidate experience.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, applicants, and outreach activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on outreach performance for the Senior Program Manager and program leadership.
- Use data insights to identify high-potential regions, institutions, and channels for targeted outreach.
Education and Experience:
- Post-graduation in marketing/sales or related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in outreach, admissions, marketing, or a related field. Candidates with good technical experience and exposure to marketing/outreach can also be considered.
- Experience in organizing and executing events and presentations.
- Prior experience in the education sector, ed-tech, or higher-education admissions/counselling is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively within South India, including to Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune, and occasionally beyond.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
